01Who we are
Ashfall is a Minecraft prison server at playashfall.com, with this website at playashfall.com. It is Ashfall, run from the Netherlands. When these terms say "we" or "us", that is who they mean.
You can reach us at support@playashfall.com. These terms apply when you join the server, use the website or buy something from the store. If you do not agree with them, please do not use Ashfall.
Ashfall is not an official Minecraft product and is not approved by or associated with Mojang or Microsoft. Playing also means following the Minecraft End User License Agreement.
02Age
You need to be at least 13 to sign in on the website, which is also Discord's minimum age. If you are under 18, you need permission from a parent or guardian before buying anything from the store, and they should read these terms and the refund policy with you.
03Your account
You sign in on the website with Discord, and link your Minecraft account by typing a code in game. You are responsible for what happens through your Discord and Minecraft accounts, so keep them secure.
- Only link a Minecraft account that is yours.
- Do not share, sell or trade accounts, or use someone else's.
- If you think someone else has access to your account, tell us at support@playashfall.com as soon as you can.
04Rules and bans
The server rules are on the info page and are part of these terms. In short: no advertising, no client mods that play for you, no abusing bugs, no harassment, no account sharing, and no attempts to break the server or the website.
Staff can warn, mute, kick or ban players who break the rules, and can remove items or progress gained by breaking them. A ban can also block you from the store. We try to be fair and consistent, and if you think a punishment was a mistake you can appeal at support@playashfall.com.
Being banned for breaking the rules does not entitle you to a refund for anything you bought.
05Ranks, currency and items
Everything on Ashfall, whether earned in game or bought in the store, is a licence to use it on this server. It is not property and has no value outside the server.
- In-game currency and items cannot be exchanged for real money.
- They cannot be sold, traded or transferred to anyone outside the server.
- Selling or trading anything from Ashfall for real money is against the rules.
The server changes over time. We may rebalance ranks, perks, prices, drop rates and the economy, change how items work, or retire features. If we permanently remove a rank or item that people paid for, we will offer something of similar value in its place.
06Buying from the store
Purchases are handled by Tebex, which acts as the reseller of the items. When you check out, you pay Tebex, and Tebex's own checkout terms apply alongside these. We never see your card or payment details.
- Prices are shown in euros. Depending on your country, sales tax may be added at checkout.
- Rank upgrades are charged as the difference between the rank you hold and the one you buy.
- Items are delivered to the Minecraft account named on the order. If the server is offline, delivery happens when it is back.
- Double check the username when buying a gift. Items delivered to the wrong account because of a typo cannot always be moved.
What happens if something goes wrong with an order, and when you can get your money back, is in the refund policy.
07Availability
We work to keep the server and website running, but we cannot promise they will always be online, free of bugs, or that progress will never be lost. There will be maintenance, updates and the occasional outage. If a problem on our side costs you something you paid for, contact us and we will put it right.
08Liability
Ashfall is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost progress, or anything caused by other players or by services we rely on, such as Discord, Mojang or Tebex. None of this limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
09Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and bigger changes will be announced in the news. Carrying on using Ashfall after a change means you accept the new version.
10Law and contact
These terms are governed by Dutch law. If you live elsewhere in the EU, you keep the consumer protections of the country you live in.
